clt happens to support a university which has followed the rules and has not allowed athletes on the field who didn’t receive the necessary grades. This negatively impacted clt’s school, and impacted the finances of the athletic department.
another school in the same state set up fake classses to keep athletes eligible, and has admitted to this fact. This school has benefited from this arrangement financially.
Does this have merit for a lawsuit?
