Tied for 126 at 3 over after first day. Only 2 strokes better would have put him in top 75 and 3 strokes better would have put him in top 50 range.
He’s going to have to have a great round today to make the cut.
On the 49th Hole, which would be his 13th on Sat., Nagy will take the lead for good & keep it to win through 72 holes!
Bad news. He missed the cut by 3. He finished 4 over after 2 days and the cut was at 1 over and better.
While watching the replay of the TV broadcast, I heard them mention the 49ers when talking about the great collegiate golf programs in this area. “… the Yellow Jackets, the Cavaliers, the Tarholes, the Wolfpack, and the 49ers”.
