Dodgeball should be inexpensive. A new inexpensive winter sport could be cafeteria tray sledding.
Definitely a cost saving with tennis typically costing 6 figues to operate (7 figures for the top programs) vs 5 figures for flag football.

FWIW, flag football just became an NCAA sponsered sport last month, with the first championship to take place in 2028.
