I disagree. Kids taking out loans to go to college shouldn’t subsidize a free education for other kids just because they’re good at sports.
The fees we currently charge are already disgustingly high. We shouldn’t encourage any system that could further raise those fees. The system is at the point where I wouldn’t be sad if athletics were simply disbanded.
Just my opinion.
