The Panthers should build an indoor practice facility and let us use it on occasion.
We are in desperate need for a multi-sport indoor practice facility. It would be awesome to partner with the Panthers/ Jerry Richardson to build one on our campus. NC State just opened one for $14 mill.

I don’t disagree with Gettleman entirely on this but if that is the case why do the Panthers practice occasionally in the Charlotte Convention Center on carpet during bad weather? They also play in domes at least twice a year.
