On the most recent episode they had compliance and recruiting expert John Infante as a guest speaking about the Manzeil situation. During the discussion he mentioned new evidence within the NCAA that points away from a seismic shift in the NCAA and college football in general. Which is exactly what the niners need (time to mature our program before any more realignment).
This guy is plugged in and one of the most knowledgable persons I have heard speak about these issues.
