The most recent ruling was actually the third court to rule against the plaintiff, who did suffer serious medical complications as a result of swallowing a bone. And if I’m reading things correctly, he was requesting a jury trial and not what constitutes boneless food. As such, sounds like the majority in the 4-3 decision were going beyond what was being requested. Hmm…
