Sadly I remember a young woman who lost her life at this very location some years ago when she drove into water here at night. Her car floated away as she climbed out on top of it while talking to the 911 operator trying to get help. Unfortunately help arrived too late and she drowned.
FYI - British First is a far right fascist political party in the UK.
Really sad and condolences to her family and friends. My question would be how did she access an area off limits to the public etc.
Another unfortunate aviation story. Actually watched an episode of May Day yesterday about the 1994 crash of an Indy to Chicago flight using the same type of airplane - an ATR 72 twin-engine turboprop. All on board that plane perished as well.
