There’s a huge Confederate off of 40 near Marion. Make if that what you will…
He knew the local ordinance about allowable flag size and pole height on non-residential property. Just another rich guy who thinks rules don’t apply to him. And a moot point anyway since the city council has already passed a special accommodation to permit the flag to remain.
