Makes a ton of sense. Go to NY City or any European city and the corner store or bodega is how people shop day to day. In both of those cases, there is an expectation that you walk or bike vs. drive a car a lot of the times so it works well. In a lot of car-based America cities, I am not sure it works as well but it’s worth a try.
