How do Alumni go about getting tickets for this game? Will our ticket office get an allotment to sell or should we go through the Davidson ticket office?
Thanks!!

I think it’s very safe to assume the allotment for the 49er club will be used.
I’d call the Davidson ticket office.
Thanks…
I just called (1.800.768.2278) and was able to purchase 2 tickets for $27 ($12 each + $3.00 handling charge). The tickets will be mailed out the last week of November/first week of December. We will be in section 103 - asked for visitor section.
Corrected seating diagram for basketball game. Thanks CharlotteAlum. Always glad to be assisted by a fellow biologist.
There is a seating diagram on their athletics website.

I spoke with Mike (Hummer) this morning. He told me that our ticket office is currently taking orders for tickets to the Davidson game and I think that’s up through Dec. 3rd. On Dec. 6th, they will assign tickets based on priority points. Sounded like there wouldn’t be a problem with everyone getting a ticket, but your priority points would determine if you’re in 101/103 or somewhere else.
I just went ahead and ordered through the Davidson office so I could be in 103 and not have to worry about it.
Not sure how they are doing tickets (in our office) for students for this game, only foundation members.
When I called the Charlotte ticket office yesterday, the guy (I’m assuming just a student employee) didn’t know anything about getting Davidson tickets through their office. And his boss wasn’t there to ask… And once again, these were not student tickets that I am talking about. Call the ticket offfice and hope for someone else to answer in order to ask about student tickets.
Oh and everyone remember to bring their umbrella inside with them in case it starts RAINING HOT DOGS again!!

clt threw a weiner.
Alright.
I’m in.
The ticket dude asked Charlotte side or Davidson side.
That’s got to be a blow to the ego, Davidson fan(s). Probably fan, since that’s all I’ve seen on this board.
I was going to ask if they still had the scrawny looking white kid who shot a lot of 3s, but I realized that was their entire team.
Are they telling you what section and row when ordering through Davidson?

Based on what the guy told me yesterday when I ordered, my tickets are in 103, but I will find out exactly where when they arrive in the mail, ie row and seat #.
Lefty, call over to Davidson’s ticket office and ask for Melvin. He hooked me up with 103 and if you request that section or 101, he’ll put you in it. My tickets were actually mailed out today (or tomorrow).

[/b]The athletic department will have plenty of tickets for the game in section 103...I'm told...so I'm going that route. The 49er ticket office is handling orders. I'm waiting more complete details from them and I 'll post when I get.
It’s a pretty small section so as long as I’m in one of the two I’m happy. I was just impatient and wanted to secure some seats so I didn’t have to fuss with it later. But I’ve always gone through our ticket office/49er Club in the past for this game…this was the first time I didn’t.
Just ordered my tickets. Still room in Section 103 !
