I just got back from it. Good to see posters Over40 and Normmm there. Good event. Lutz, Judy, Katie, Moxley, Moss, Kummer and most of the athletic dept and alumni dept. Mitch and Eddie were also on hand. Mitch is anxious to get back on the court. Says he’s feeling good.
Gary Williams was on hand. I believe he called in to WFNZ. Lutz was interviewed on FNZ from there. They had games and give-aways.
Poor planning on my part, 11am was the only time my Doctor could squeeze me in. Had a major debate with myself, which was more important; curing this cold/flu or hanging out with Lutz & co.
Gotta tell a funny Mitchell story. I asked him about the injury and said I saw in the Observer that he’ll be back Monday. He said…really? Cool. I think he was kidding with me. He’s a great guy. Very courteous and friendly. Even called me Mr.

I like the Lunch with Lutz idea. Also good point about the cheerleaders. They would be great handing out schedules and drawing attention. Maybe next year.
