You had the lawsuit, but your Sec. sat on her a55, so you got a defamation lawsuit, & now you whine. Not the plaintiff’s fault. What kind of idiot doesn’t forward this on?
And it was just the Sec., Pepsi lawyers were in court on the same matter in June & July, but didn’t know of court case at the end of Sept.? WTF?
Make them pay for being idiots.

It’s not gonna stand, especially if that statute of limitations argument has any teeth (and I suspect it does), but it makes for a great trivia question.
