The “Bronx Shuffle” does not constitute ballhandling. Kevin Johnson was the first player I ever saw who could start falling forwards somewhere around the foul line and wind up in the cheerleaders’ laps.

Ha! I never said Butter was an All American. But for a guy that was around 6’8" he had a better handle than most big men. He would easily take Braswell and Jones off the dribble every time.

The Butter that played with Rodney White maybe - once Rodney left and we expected Butter to step up he was awful. I cringed every time he touched the ball.

I watched that iHigh video and I have to agree, I’m very impressed with him and his mom. Think we got a good kid here, and not just another athlete. Very excited about this class now. It’s looking very solid (espescially when you add in Mayfield).

This player sounds like exactly what we’ve been needing. Great job by Coach Major and staff. I’m beginning to get the feeling Niner Basketball is on the rebound.

im just hoping the koolaid inside me doesnt spoil in a year or two like it has been.
