Im surprised no one has posted this yet…
Would have been nice for a longer article. He’s one of the few guys in collegiate sports that is humble and will talk to just about anybody. He was friends with some people down the hall from me a couple years ago and him and Leemire would come down and play Halo 2 with a bunch of us. I’ll just say he’s better at basketball then Halo 2. Both guys were real nice and easy to get along with. I occassionally see him on campus and he still says “hey,” which is generally against the stereotype of most athletes collegiately who would possibly ignore someone who is not an athlete. Great character, great class, and will succeed in whatever he does in life.
Bobby wishes he would score more but its hard to argue with him when he’s providing a double double.

This years team has a lot of class acts. Ian Andersen is possibly the friendliest guy ever. Almost everyone else on the team is really down to earth and cool to talk to as well.

I don’t know why or how, but that seems to show on the court too. I think it will help get our fans more behind the team down the stretch if we have a decent season.
BTW, that was a decent article, but was there anything in there that said we were playing at home tonight?

Consistancy sells papers ! You should know that by now.

you happen to live in Oak Hall a few years ago?
Note to Mike P:
The game day player features are niCE!!! Can you please mention the game at the TOP of the article. GA St at Charlotte, 7:00 for example.
EJ is coming up big so far. He’s deadly from 15 feet in.
If this group of guys can learn their role AND carry it out, we can be pretty good.

Lefty, I was thinking the same thing. Wouldn’t have taken much to put that in.
Also, Jim needs to proof or have someone proof his pieces, as he contradicts himself…
He was expected to be a key contributor last season, but after battling a nagging shoulder injury and tendinitis in both knees in the first six games, Drayton opted for a medical redshirt.Although he didn’t play last season, he kept busy…
So, he even though he played half a dozen games last season, he really didn’t. Hmmm…
