While his on-field performance on Saturday as a player speaks for itself, my spouse and I ended up riding a random elevator with Elijah during our stay at the on-campus Marriott on Friday night. We came away super impressed with him during this short conversation as a person. He seems very likeable, humble and determined… Exactly the kind of players we should all want to build the program around. Needless-to-say, I’m very excited that he is only a freshman, and will definitely be pulling for him over the next 3 seasons.
