Suddenly our athletic departments are picking up coaches that know how things are done at real schools, big schools, BCS schools. Will be interesting to see what dynamic that creates in our AD.

Pay no attention to the observer trolls, fellow Niner Faithful. They are going to spout bullshit no matter who we hire.

We have 3 mostly successful former BCS Coordinators/position coaches in our 3 most important coaching positions. How many of you thought we would be able to say that?

I am all about hiring anyone that has worked under or with Rich Rodriquez. He got a bum rep at Michigan. He dominated the Big East at West Virginia. He was awesome at all of his stops previous to that. I hope we run the 3-3 Stack just like they did at WVU and at Michigan.

I’m pumped over all of our hires thus far.

That’s right I forgot that for a second and got caught up in the moment. However, I’m a huge fan of the 3 man front. It allows you be very multiple.

It’s 10 months old but it looks like Lambert is just barely the third highest paid coach in FCS.
