2020 and 2021 are next openings if we stick to same formula of one FCS team per year.
Oct 2, 2021 at Illinois. $1.2 million payout.
That could be a win.

Not a bad payout either truthfully, plus that very well could be a win too. A W and $1.2 mill? YES
I am really liking our scheduling strategy, if weāre going to take a money game letās get payouts of over a million against someone we can beat.
Our official release shows future schedules but does not mention the series with Maryland, Indiana or the game with Gardner-Webb.

The Big 10 ban on FCS games is paying dividends

Illinois was learned through FOIA from FBSSchedules.com also. Indiana announced our games on their site, but we didnāt list the two games.
Love smith named coach of Illinois today. Should bring stability to that program and could be by time we play them.
Depends on if he can make the transition, recruiting and babysitting adds a couple new elements he isnāt use to dealing with. On the other hand, Illinois football doesnāt have much to lose and his name alone makes a big splash.
Indiana, Maryland, & Gardner-Webb games officially announced today.

I hope we have expanded our stadium by 2018 when App St comes to town. A lot of folks will want to see that game. Letās certainly hope weāve expanded by 2021 when Duke visits. By then we will have more Power 5 schools visiting and what we have now, will NOT work! Maryland just got a new coach. He could have that Program in the top 15 by the time they roll into Charlotte.
Or he could be gone in 3yrs lol Iām sure that we will expand the stadium somewhat by the time App St rolls in here in 2 years, and if we donāt have it expanded by 2021 then Iād seriously question Judyās logic on that one.
