Woot! First post here with my new laptop. What a pain to reload and get everything re-established. RIP old Gateway, you were a good one until you broke down.

La Salle (4-4) vs Mississippi (9-0), San Juan Shootout, Guyanabo, Puerto Rico, 5:30
Saint Francis, PA (3-6) at Duquesne /B, 7:00
Saint Joseph’s (4-4) at Fairfield (2-7), 7:30
Clemson (9-0) vs DePaul (2-6), San Juan Shootout, Guaynabo, PR, 3:00
Davidson (4-5) at NC State (5-3), 7:00

would be a HUGE win for La Salle. Ole Miss is looking tough so far from what I heard on ESPN yesterday.

Davidson at NC State is a big game for Davidson. Despite playing a tough schedule they haven’t been able to get a big win yet. This would be one.

Good piece on Ole Miss by Gary Parrish…

Sportsline.com: Word leaks out: Rebels’ doubters are all wet – again

BTW, Clemson won their game against Puerto Rico-Mayaguez yesterday, 90-73. Lowly La Salle puts up 117 points on PRM, while the mighty Tigers get 27 fewer. Hmmm…

Granted Ole Miss has played a moderately weak schedule, with holding New Mexico, DePaul and our good friends in South Charlotte Winthrop, but I think Andy Kennedy is a he*l of a coach. Him and John Pelphrey are going to build solid programs in the SEC West. IF Bobby ever was to leave/fired someone in the mold of those two coaches would be great.

I really like the idea of explayers coaching my team. They just bring a different attitude to the game.

I keep my radio station on 95.7 most of the time. It’s also the local station for Wolfpack sports.

I turned it on last night expecting to hear the Eagles, Stones, or Zeppelin, but instead, I heard Mckillop including “UNC Charlotte” as one of the great programs in the state during the pre-game interview. He even mentioned that we’ve been to the Final Four.
