Seems like a great guy, but honestly he may even play like he is over 40. Seems like those who have been major talents never come back the same from surgeries, especially in high athleticism sports like football and basketball. Baseball players can usually rebound because lets face it, their sport isn’t as physically demanding on the whole, especially for pitchers. Most injuries in baseball happen from flukes, i.e. players colliding or due to the fact that one of the over-buff player has a bicep tear or a pulled this or a pulled that. In football and basketball to some extent you get hurt because the other team was TRYING to hurt you. Back to topic, Grant hill, even with all the conditioning in the world, will never jump as high, move as fast or be as durable as he once was. He has been rebuilt too many times and even if he does regain his confidence, how many times do we have to be shown that as soon as a little wear gets put on his ankle it gives out. He has the heart, just not the means.
