Strengths:
Brooks, who plays for the very deep Miller Grove program, is a surprisingly skilled face-up 4-man that can make plays at the rim in transition and also make jump shots from the perimeter. Henry has outstanding shooting ability from the outside to about 17 feet and possesses a mid-range game to go with it. Defensively he can guard the wing or forward positions using his length to contest on the interior and his good foot quickness to contain on the perimeter. He is better suited for a 4 out-1 in type offense that will allow him to draw his man away from the basket.
Weaknesses:
He has a very thin frame and needs to develop his strength, but is not afraid of contact. He is definitely right hand dominant and must continue to improve his ball skills with his left hand to increase his level of play. He does very little off the dribble and is most comfortable when he is facing the basket but needs continued work on his back to the basket moves. Defensively he again shows good effort. He simply does not have enough size to stop some of the better big guys.
Bottom Line:
As Henry gets older and stronger his game will continue to blossom. He goes after rebounds, has good feet and hands and is learning how to score around the basket. He is a highly skilled power forward who can become a wing if he can develop ball handling skills and defend on the perimeter.
