My understanding is that all week night games are 7:30 PM, all Saturday games are 7:00PM with the exception of Homecoming. The UNCA game is a Sunday so that is still up in the air as is the Cincy game at home. I believe the Long Beach game is going to be a doubleheader with the women.

They will pull down our SOS for sure. Also not sure how Davidson will be this year so that game might also hurt our SOS. [/b]Last year's final RPIs for this season's opponents...

Going on those RPI #'s alone, I think itâs safe to say that we didnât need both LBSU & UNCA. Thatâs too many patsies. Unless they turn around, that is. Add to that Yale, and we better hope Santa Clara wins so we dont play two 200+ teams in the Cable Car Classic.
Other than that, the schedule isnât that bad. With the number of tough conference road games, we didnt need as much of a non-conference schedule. We certainly werenât rewarded for it last year.
Oh, and BTW Run, youâre killin me with your pics.
NA, playing both Yale and Central Conn could be an RPI disaster for the 49ers. That would mean NO unexpected losses allowed, which always seems to occur.
suprising to have only two espn games with all the hype from withers, and the whole iti situation. We may be relying on that hype this year instead of just the rpi. Hopefully we open in the top 25 and stay there.

He just lops off all the wins against 200+ teams. Of course, he doesn't adjust the RPI figure for that, so it's not entirely fair. But he has a point. Fluff is fluff.
Anyone know if Time Warner will be showing any of our road games on ch. 99 like they did last year?

Forget grudge match, this is shaping up to be a grudge season.
Iâll be downright crappy stinky drunk for those ones. I might even go to Birmingham to pimp slap UABHeckler after we clean the floor with them.

I know we are listed as a âpotential programming partnerâ (along with a bunch of other teams) but have they officially said how many games they will show?
Do a thread search. Itâs about a dozen, give or take. Mostly road games. Weâll probably get a definitive schedule once CSet goes live. Expect some bumps and fumbles along the way though. They are new.

Could we have gotten out of our agreement with LBSU, legally? Itâs the 3rd game in a 1-for-2 deal. They postponed it last year for whatever reason. We should have played them both last season. Anyways, if the conference shapes up to be as tough as we think it will be, the weaker non-conference schedule hopefully will not matter in the end.
Looks like ApexNiner tried to search for cset in the shout box ^^ I almost did the same thing.
12 games on CSET would be awesome⌠I wasnât expecting that many.
Turns out it is a good question because the original thread was on the old board and is kaput now.
Someone here knows definitively. Whether or not theyâre allowed to say it is another question. The only thing I cant remember is if the 12 or 14 or whatever included the womensâ games or not. Whatever the number, I remember thinking that between ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN+ and CSET, I shouldnt have to listen very often to Sweirad backed by the inept, signal dropping FNZ crew. Most of our games will either be home dates or televised.
I noticed on the C-Set website, it said it will not be available on satellite. Is it an exclusivie network to Cable ?

You got me. I blame a deficient UI
they say itâs only on digital cable. that sucks, but itâs another reason to go to picassos :toast:
I hate to say it, but that schedule is embarrassing. I know Arizona backed out, but this is downright awful. I was really thinking we could be a Top 15 team by year end but that means we can lose very few (if any) non-conference games. Is it a wonder we get so few AP/Coaches Poll votes with schedules like this? Is our scheduler a former Gâtown grad? Cupcake cityâŚor at least should be.
