The main reason Biff was fired was the bad product on the field. You can spend a lot on NIL and still not win (see Florida State).

I’d take 3 wins, especially when one is over Bama. Plus the fact the 4 losses were all competitive and came down to the wire.

Yes you are correct, when I was doing speech to type and a word was misspelled. I am not accusing anyone of anything. Individuals on this board are. I am just saying, if someone is going to make statements like what have been said, what is the proof? It’s that simple.
Yeah well at least for my part I wouldn’t share anything unless the source was trust worthy and the ones I talk with are very trustworthy.

Got a chance to listen to this one, and combined with everything else I’m seeing in the landscape, I think the place where we are killing our program right now is with the constant coaching firings. All that dead money does not go towards addressing the problem. Yes, college sports today are almost 100% mercenary. But would you rather pay a coach $500k+/yr not to coach, or dump that same amount of money into the roster (especially in hoops)? Which one has a better ROI?
On that basis, I wouldn’t guarantee Albin and Fearne job security, but absent someone stroking a big big check with it earmarked to fire them, I’d rather ask for the money to improve the roster.
It’s the only way forward for our program. Multi year player contracts would help immensely, but we do not control that right now.
