Withers, a junior forward, averaged 30.0 points and 9.0 rebounds and hit 21 of 38 shots (55.3%) and 16 of 19 free throws (84.2%) as Charlotte downed Houston and Saint Louis. Withers set a Savvis Center record by scoring 39 points in an 83-78 victory over the Billikens, and also recorded his league-leading eighth double-double with 14 rebounds.[/b]
