Rivals list us as offering.
2k, does it seem that we are making more offers than we have in the past? Perhaps it is just your stellar coverage making it more noticable but it seems that way to me.
It’s called Twitter. Teams always make tons of offers, Twitter just makes them more visible
attended our Elite camp in 2010.
Scout has him as #25 overall in the class.
http://www.basketballelite.com/index.php/college-basketball/7-questions-with-jaquel-richmond/
I noticed the author left Virginia Tech as is, but decided to put (UNCC) after Charlotte. Sigh.
Hope we stick on the list.
RT @JRichmond_11: Just got done with a good scrimmage tonight now omw to take my unofficial visit to ALABAMA!!!
probably just means he is going to the game
I’m sure he is, but a visit is a visit.
An interview from Dave Telep’s Carolina Challenge of Richmond, he stated offers from Charlotte, Oklahoma State, Virignia, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, Tennessee, Georgetown. Sounds like Tennessee is the leader right now, not making a decision until his Sr. year.

Richmond visited VT this weekend.
OF COURSE he did. We basically do VA Tech and NCSU’s scouting for them. If we offer someone early, you can bet the farm that a few months or a year later they will be taking visits to VT and NC St.
RT @EvanDanielsFOX: JaQuel Richmond told http://Scout.com that he will announce his college choice on his birthday – January 16th. He’s a four-star junior.
Obviously we aren’t in the mix here, haven’t seen us listed in a while.
To clear the air here:
Richmond, who is rated as a three-star recruit by Rivals.com, is hearing the most from NC State, Ohio State, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Virginia Tech and Wake.
i saw him play at the mlk classic. here is my assessment. he is a pretty good ballhandler but a streaky shooter. he hit a couple of threes but he missed a lot. i think he is pretty good but does not seem to be a great floor leader. a decent defensive player but nothing special. i think he is a bit overrated at 147 or whatever he was most recently ranked at. i would not be upset if he land or miss him.
Richmond was a one time 4 star prospect, not sure that we’re really in the mix here.
