good for him. It would be nice to have him here, but reading that makes me feel good about the guys character, you cannot hate a kid for having that.
nope no hard feelings, wish him the best. if things donât work out for him and he wants to explore around charlotte thatâd be fine too.
Sounds like the polar opposite of someone else we know.
Well, contrary to that snippet from wherever, weâre in the ballgame.
i donât see where you see that but you definitely have more connections than anyone else on this board.
iâm sure we donât always know what takes place behind the scenes, it would probably be kept on the DL until he decides if he wants to leave and then back out of his verbal commitment
Basketball is full of life lessons. Engagements and promises are one thing âŚgetting married is a little differentâŚeven then things change. Until you say I do âŚIt looks like anything goes. Wouldnt it be interesting if all the potentials discussed decided to come to Charlotte rather than Kansas and Maryland etc. Easy to see why some teams dont have a lot of affection for each other in and out of various conferences. The real basketball seems to take place before the seasons even start.
Scored about 17 points against Cleveland Basketball Club. In the Semiâs versus G.C. Ballers, Jones scored 18 points on 4-17 shooting from the floor, 3-5 from beyond the arc and 7-10 from the free-throw line in 38 minutes of action. In the Finals against D1 Greyhounds, Jeff tallied 26 points on 6-17 FGs, 3-9 3PFGs, and 11-12 FTs.
Jones has a beautiful shooting stroke (though he didnât have his shot dropping with his normal consistency the pasy day and a half). Solid handle for a 2-guard. Has improved his ability to get to the rim. Jones uses a variety of dribble moves to create space for his mid-range jumper.

I wonder if this is a possible duo and whether Jones is making Charlotte look better to Beasley.
I wouldnât be too surprised to see him land here. This is a perfect playing environment for shooters. He could have a lot of fun here.
The great thing is heâs a well rounded player sort of like DA. If he does come youâll begin to love the floater.
New interview with Jones on the UM site. The Maryland editor was grilling him about Mox.

He says that Mox still wanted him to go MarylandâŚtake it was you willâŚ
he also decommited from maryland for some apparent reason. even if someone asks you to go somewhere doesnât mean youâll like it there. saw an article that said he didnât like the make up of the team chemistry now.

Of course we always hear that, Beasley said Hill told him to still come here yet they made trips out to see him and try to get him to tag along at KSU.
Wish I could afford RivalsâŚ
Can I get an abbreviated paraphrase? âŚanyone?
Jeff Jones will be visiting Charlotte this weekend! Welcome to the Queen City Jeff!!
This is really good news. Iâve also added him (finally) to the 2007 thread.

Great news. We could really use his verbal to help out with the other top 150 players we are looking at for 07.
I feel we are his leader already. JJ, Sanchez, Harmon, Bell. Then possibly a big timer in Beasley or Hickson would be a top 25 class IMO.
