Just an idea on a lazy Monday, but since Jeff Jordan has got his release, is a decent PG or at least back up, and his dad just happens to own the hometown NBA team, would Major make a push for him?
He only has 1 year of eligibility left it appears, BUT if this got MJ into Halton Arena on a regular basis attendance would see a boost without a doubt. And it would happen in a way that doesn’t look like we are sucking off the teet that is Chapel Hill, COUGHECUCOUGHAPPCOUGH

- Jordan Brand Uni deal, not just a Nike deal
- MJ in the house
It is only 1 year
He wants to be closer to Charlotte so he’ll already feel at home when the Bobcats draft him.

nobody knows. we haven’t been mentioned. We don’t really need him
I would rather go after a 4 year guy either this year or next.
he has to sit out 1 year, so he’d be here for 2. I think we’d rather use the scholarship for a quality player.
He walked on originally at Illinois. He could be a walk-on. His dad has plenty of $ for tuition.
In two years we have Briscoe, Voncina, and Mayfield at the PG spot. He’d sit the bench here just like he did at Illinois.
My thoughts as well NN. He could possibly come here to be closer to his dad, but that would be our only “draw”
unless he wants to walk on then no thanks. he isnt an a10 level player.
Huh? Look at his stats. He certainly was not bad.
He was a defensive stopper type player. It might be worth it, but 1 year of playing I think he goes somewhere smaller where he is guaranteed starter minutes.

I think we should certainly give it a thought if nothing else
If we would have hired Buzz it would have been a lock.
