How bout Joe D. at the game scouting the boys!! Is Eddie the ideal Piston or what? Team-player, defensive stud, scrappy. I like that match.

He wasn’t the only scout there, according to at least the internet version of Jena’s story. I guess we should also thank Whitestone or whoever it is that is passing that information along to her.
The Eddie front page photo was PERFECT. I know Eddie and his 40 family and friends in town for the game loved it.
Impressive showing by Withers, Basden, Iti & Carruth for the scouts…EXCEPT free throws. Maybe they’ll tell Curt he needs another year to improve from the line. I sure hope so. He was finishing when fouled…better than he has all year.
