From Zagoria:

Seagears is considering Rutgers, Seton Hall, DePaul, Cincinnati, West Virginia, Miami, George Mason and Central Florida, per Damon Handon of DC Assault.
Seagears is the No. 22 point guard in the Class of 2011, per Rivals.
doesn’t look like we are in play on this one anymore.
WVU is his leader, we are out of this sweepstakes.
Seems like this is happening a lot right now, moss. Hope we get some good news soon. Lots of holes to fill in 2011.

I’m hoping this is attributed to us spreading wide on the scene early and then focusing on the guys that reciprocate the interest in our program.

I think that you’re probably right. Williams, Nickerson & Thorne would be a very nice start to the Major administration.
I’m curious how hard we were after most of these pg’s with Briscoe, Voncina, and Derrio on roster and Tyler Lewis lingering in the 2012 class.
per NN.N front page most recent post for the past months, we will have a 10 pg team it seems. No shortage of pg I guess, or shall I say no shortage of pg going to other teams. how close are we even with any of these players?
sometimes it’s hard to tell. I know that we are focused on Nickerson, Thorne & Williams for 2011, other than that, your guess is as good as mine.
None of our current guys are true point guards. Need one to run the team, handle the ball, distribute and let the scorers score (Deuce, Derrio).
