I thought the same thing when I read the write-up on him. Watching the video just confirmed it. Looks like he may have better handles than CW did.
I’ve been posting on this board(or other Niner boards) for ten years and have watched the Niners since the late 70’s, so I think I’m fairly knowledgable about the recruiting game. I read about it, because it’s here, but I really don’t care, until we know for certain that a kid is 75% on his way here. No hatin’ necessary.
Big time recruits like DeMarr Johnson, Jason Parker et al have been listing us since the mid 90’s…nothing new here. 90+% of the time, they go elsewhere. So why get excited?..jmho. Do I watch the game only in the last seconds…NO. That’s a stupid question. The outcome is something we have control over (to an extent) because the players on the court are ours. Read on and have fun!!!
He even runs like Curt, at this point in their careers Hickson’s game is more polished. He’s a good FT shooter and likes to take it to the rim. Also has a nice hook from close range. VERY good player, would prosper in our offense.

Hickson seems like a relaxed guy doesn’t really have a favorite as of now. The only thing he really seems to want is the ability to come in make a difference early and get a lot of Playing Time (which we can def offer for a big man in the coming years) He’ll be narrowing down his list soon, we’ll see what Cheeks can do.
good or bad?Good. The quicker they make their decision without thinking about it, the higher the possibility that they give into the "big school hype." When they sit down and give it some thought, they recognize how much more a school like Charlotte can give them.
At least that’s what I hope.

Hickson is a true post that we need , Sanchez can play any position and we’d probably have him in the paint as well.

Nope hasn’t taken one here yet. Would be a very big get by Cheeks but I think we need to build a foundation with players like Jones, Sanchez, Bell and Harmon to make it a great sell to Hickson. JMO though, it’ll be fun to see what Cheeks and Moxley can put together.

Hickson really turned his game up for the ABCD camp as you can see from ninerID’s rivals pictures above. Would be a big get.
