UT has not been immune to the TFR.
Mark Price has never had a player transfer, Rick Barnes has a history of them doing so

from what i have read, he definitely needs to put on weight and work on fundamentals but im sure price can help with that. seems like he has a lot of upside. not a post player yet though if ever. probably more of a three than anything else.
