[size=1.35em]Elmore is a heady scoring guard who can make others around him better. With a strong blend of shooting, driving and distributing the ball, his skills are evident. With the ball in his hands on his drives he understand and executes a terrific change-of-speed pace to get past his defender. His passing from his dribble penetration shows excellent vision of the entire floor, and his feel to make the assist at the right time is instinctive. He also employs the drive-and-kick game, and those concepts are a sharp part of his game. His ability to finish in the lane with his aggressiveness is always a possibility. Without the ball he makes scoring cuts that lead to baskets. Knocking down long two-point shots or 3s is not a problem as he is alert to when he is open. When defended tightly, he made several backdoor cuts for layups. What makes him so good is that he keeps a defender and a defense off balance. His dad was one of the best players at Virginia Military Institute and his older brother signed at VMI last year. [/size][/font]

He is a great passer, especially from his dribble-drive game or from a triple-threat position. Elmore is also an excellent shooter who made multiple 3s and plays with a high IQ for the game. He is more athletic than he gets credit for and is a committed defender who can keep his man out of the lane with regularity. His dad and coach, Otmer, said that after Orlando his son has received numerous scholarship offers from schools such as Charlotte, George Washington and Boston University. He had already been offered by William & Mary, VMI and Wofford. [/font]
