Yes. Our fans did for the most part give them a pretty hard time, which was goodâŚbut seriously. You should not be allowed in the student section, period. Thatâs ours. It was fun to chant âscoreboardâ at them when they were randomly getting excited when G-W did manage to score.

I just know who they were. Trust me the guy that was a niner fan that brought them, wanted them to watch their school get raped, w/the full effect. Pretty brave to take them down there. I know they got there early enough to get that low. I wouldnât expect many opposing teams fans to get that low unless theyâre local and its the holidays. Must have been tough to fill out the lower level 3 days before Xmas. Hopefully, people on here gave them a hard time, but remained classy, whether you believe they should have been there or not. Iâve heard some fans were just riding them and others were a poor representation. Iâm sure you two were the prior.
No one said anything badâŚbut I just donât think opposing teams fans should be allowed in the student section. Think of what that would produce at Cameron IndoorâŚor hellâŚANYWHERE. However, any other game this season, and they all get driven out.
I agree about the opposing fans being in the student section. Saw the two G-W fans and several UNC-R shirts too. Good to bring your friends but keep them out of their guys. And the reffing was atrocious the first half, but still no need to chant BS. That is a classless chant. Not a bad representation for there days before Christmas. I think the âheeeeeeeey you suckâ is actually kinda funny but I could see where some people might take offense to it. As for the BS chant, I totally agree, itâs garbage and it doesnât belong at our university.
Those guys from GW sat right behind me, I ignored them mostly but made fun of the horrible performance their team was putting up because they started talking smack at one point even though they were down 30⌠They shouldnât be allowed to sit there though. Iâm sure if this game was not during break it would not have happened.
