That is correct Run. Kilgo and Lee Rose were very tight and that extended down to Mike. Kilgo never cared for AD Clyde Walker (ironically an assistant AD at UNC-CH before becoming AD at Kansas).

I prefer local radio over national radio because most of the time I don’t really care what is happening everywhere else. I want to talk about what is happening here. With that said MSP was great on FNZ but as already mentioned Mac is awful. What happened to the local show on 730 in the afternoons? Now it’s ESPN stuff too - they were doing the 40er Report tuesdays at like 5:30. I really enjoyed that show and they gave us plenty of run.

Looks like its been moved to noon. I got a twitter update that Coach Hibbs was to be on there at 1:15pm today. Not happy the local show is off in the afternoons now. Bad enough ESPN Radio shows are shown on TV.

A Kilgo, by definition is a very old man who is stuck in its ways and thinks it knows more about the sports world than it actually does. Also, it gets a lot more credit for knowing “things” than it actually should. A Kilgo is a pest in the sense that it should be removed from all forms of media, but because of an idea that it has some type of value to listeners, it is not. I move to have all “Kilgos” banned from media. Who’s with me?!?
