The Lady Niners seem to have a good head of steam going as they head down to play South Carolina next Tuesday night. Great job!
Heres hoping they go down and give the Cocks some of that good head of steam.
TF, how are the women’s opponents so far this year? I know they’ve had trouble getting quality opponents. Are they beating crappy teams? or are they for real?

A couple of things stick out about the womens team this year - one, they’ve already won two games on the road. That has been an enormous problem for them over the past couple of years. I think it was three years ago in C-USA play that they went 6-1 at home and 1-6 away.
Another thing - the scoring is being doled out equally. With the star center from two years ago STILL out injured (due back in a week or two), a freshman post player named Sabrina Gregory has emerged, and scored 20 points last night.
USC will be a good test for them. But they have crushed everyone they’ve played so far except for Davidson, and that’s a good thing.
