I have been told that details of the stadium and football center are already laid out in CGI (not finalized but mostly done) and that this software does have fly-threw animation ability. However, the University has not authorized the release of additional images at this time, nor has it requested animation of the project. Typical :-[
Looks to be very good value for 30MM
The press box was redone in 2005 after Hurricane Rita so it was already there before hand. Still trying to find out if they took down the old stadium and did a complete rebuild or if it was a complete refurb of the existing structure.

Is telling them the software being used is Revit also super secret? 8)
I canāt wait to see these types of pictures from our statdium!
Iāve never heard Revit referred to as CGI, but ok.
99% of people understand CGI stands for Computer Generated Image. Figured that was the quickest word to transmit the idea. As someone that works in CAD all day Iām quite satisfied that CGI would explain to a manager the basic idea, where they would ask me what ABIM was.

I can sort of understand not releasing the images until the funding package is officially signed off by GovBev (should be any day now, I guess), but I will have a problem if they arenāt released in some form and publicized soon after. I believe Judy did say recently that there would be a "big kick-off/announcement once the legislature and gov. had signed off.

I just think like CGI when you see the stuff they did for Star Wars, etc.

You donāt think the Death Star and a few X-wings flying over it would help sell FSLs? :))
The head of the design team is out of the country until end of the month. I expect addāl images/ fly-overs to follow soon after. I hear they look great!

I donāt think there was a single black person in that video. If you watch the video towards the beginning there is a sea of white people.
