LARRY BROWN TO THE BOBCATS!!!

Baron Davis would be a dream, but Golden State would have to be completely retarded to let him go. If Jamison comes here, I will throw up. O’Neal is MORE washed up than the other O’Neal. Marion’s a good player, but I don’t think he’d work well with our team.

I’d personally like to have Gilbert, but AI would cause the most buzz and is a better player overall. Maybe we can re-sign Primo Brezec!

I thought I read some where that Elton Brand is a free agent this summer? If so he would be perfect for this team.

Edit: He is a free agent, he would be expensive but worth it, dump okefor and get a real PF that can score.

Him and Maggette are according to ESPN…

Bring them both in…maybe we would not look so much like the Charlotte Tarheels…

Brand would be the best guy to improve the team.

I like Arenas a lot, but his knee issues would have me very concerned.

Jamison is good in a secondary role, but he is probably expecting #1 scorer money.

Say what you want about Shaq…

Sure he’s old.

Sure his production is down.

But if he comes here, Bobcats Arena will be packed, and the city will be buzzing again over basketball. From what I gather, this is a bit of a priority for the Bobcats.

That would be a big concern for me too. But I don’t think anyone aside from AI, Brand, and Arenas is a good option. I’ve always been a big Shaq fan, but he’s done.

No more guards!!! We need a reliable big man asap, Brand would be perfect. Besides we have no idea when Sean May is going to recover from that slurpee overdose or whatever he is sidelined with (personally I think he is done, or at least at Grant Hill status for the rest of his career.)

MJ, Brown, Ford, May, Felton, Buzz....

nauseating

next, they’ll have King Rice throwing frisbees to dogs at halftime

I may be the only one among these kids that remember King Rice, Metro.

funny stuff

Shaq doesn’t bring the same buzz he once did, I wouldn’t go out because of Shaq, but I would go out to see Brook Lopez (here’s to hoping we get Lopez in the draft).

Who was talking about Shaq?

Brand’s had some serious injury problems the last few years. He hasn’t played much more than Sean May has recently.

That is absolutely ridiculous. Shaq is old, injury prone, and nowhere near as effective as his paycheck indicates he should be.

He will never play for the Bobcats. Where did you “gather” this info?

Who was talking about Shaq?

must be some confusion with Jermaine.

Brand's had some serious injury problems the last few years. He hasn't played much more than Sean May has recently.

I’m sorry to tell you that you 100% wrong. Brand played more games last year 06-07 than May has in his entire career. (80 to 58) Brand hurt his Achilles at the beginning of this past season and wanted to make sure it was right before he came back, can you blame him… He plays for the Clippers. Add the fact he is a 20-10 guy and May is a 12-6 cheeseburger eater. We won’t sign him though, he’s too expensive.

Whoops. I saw “O’Neal” and I thought Shaq. Heh. My bad.

That is absolutely ridiculous.

Shaq joined Miami for the 04-05 season…

Average Heat attendance in 01-02: 15,989
Average Heat attendance in 02-03 15,323
Average Heat attendance in 03-04: 15,239
Average Heat attendance in 04-05: 19,881

I can’t find figures for Phoenix. I mean, it doesn’t really matter since Shaq obviously isn’t available…but since we’re on the topic, the fact is that hate him or love him, Shaq puts butts in seats. And its hard to argue with that.
