Are their two starters still out? Could be a little much if they aren’t suiting up.

Their freshman is doubtful (Wright) and Little played last week.

Brian Roberts (one of 30 players competing for the Wooden Award) is healthy and playing.

Hey is the key. The guy has NBA written all over him. If we hold him under 20, we are doing something very right on the defensive end.

Seems a little generous when looking over stats. I know CLittle is still out and BRob is getting back into the swing of things, but Dayton is good at home.

Little is back, having played 19 minutes against URI on Saturday. Wright definitely still out, while Roberts appears to have fully recovered from the flu.

This is a must win due to our loss to Richmond @ home.

BRob was under the weather for Xavier, but he has averaged 18+ ppg in his last 3 starts. So whatever it was, he’s over it.

CLittle played in Dayton’s last game - so he’s no longer still out.

Thanks guys. I seem to have gotten them mixed up. I know they were all out for the Richmond game. So Wright is the one still out.

Must win 1 of 2; Dayton or Xavier.

Maybe UMASS?
Maybe UMASS?

were they? I thought we had them by -1???

Idk your probably right and I’m to lazy to look it up…

For what…an NIT bid?
For what…an NIT bid?
No. I think he meant for a NCAA bid. And I believe he’s correct when you factor in the fact the A10 is strong enough this year to substantially help us out in conference play… but I agree that we have to beat a couple of those heralded teams and cannot have any more losses to teams worse than us.

Pretty big “ifs” but at the moment we are still hanging in there.

must win them both those games and do well in conf tourney, no more than 3 more losses on the season (including conf tourney) to have a chance.

With the Richmond loss we need to win both of the games

I believe it was UMass -7

-6 means a close game favoring Dayton. Not sure that is “generous” since most results may be padded by FT’s at the end of a game.

Here is what some A10 experts think:

A few of them look quite favorably on us.
