He’s #47 on Scout’s Top 50 for 2007.
He might be beyond reach already per what is on rivals.com
Kentucky is in a favorable position now, but the Wildcats will have to battle many top programs before all is said and done. Moses says all schools on his list are very close, and Louisville and Florida are right there with the Cats. He claims offers from the Gators, Wake Forest, Cincinnati, South Carolina, Virginia Tech, and Clemson. Moses also likes Kansas and UTEP.
man talk about a undersized pf. maybe he will grow another inch or two. sounds like he would be a huge land tho if we got him. #47 overall is a hell of a ranking!
I’ve met and spoke with Marshall briefly. He has the size of a small forward currently, but if he grows another couple of inches he has the frame to easily put on the beef needed to play the 4. I haven’t seen him play yet, so I don’t know how he plays (style) other than from what I’ve read. I’m hoping to see him play a lot this coming year.
Give him a subliminal message mix tape. I’m suprised to see us in the mix with so many big names already in. According to his rivals profile, the likes of Clemson and Cincinnati have apparently already offered, with WFU and Kentucky listed as “High” interest.
He’ll probably grow, or maybe he’ll be like 6’5 Omar Sneed who toiled under Calimari’s predecssor at Tiger High. Sneed was a baller. He was just viscious despite his size.
Here is the original post about him and Charlotte’s interest.
Transferring to WS Glenn.

Seems to be transferring now to St Vincent St Mary in Ohio(Lebron James’ HS) with Eric Wallace.
Interesting, as I just posted some news on Marcus Johnson, a kid we appear to be somewhat interested in, who is also at St. V’s.
I’ve seen Marshall play twice within the last week, and I like what I see. He plays a lot like DA and Zimmerman. He rebounds and passes well, and has a sweet left-handed stroke from three. He will need to improve defensively, but he’s pretty good on that end as well. He’s playing the point on defense in Glenn’s 1/2 court press. As I see more, I’ll post some updates.

I have a video of him if you guys want to see it.
Looks like it down to VT and Florida. Also, word is that Chapel Hill removed its 'ship offer to his friend/teammate Eric Wallace. Would be a nice package deal, but it looks like UVA is in the hunt for Wallace.

The schools recruiting him the most (according to Moses) are: Marquette, Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia Tech, Kansas and Kentucky. We were not mentioned.

May be reclassing to 2008.
Please stop bumping these things. It’s a pain in the @ss trying to figure out which ones actually have new info, plus it junks up the threads. Thanks.
