I am going with Arnold. Webster did not have an older brother beating on him. You can’t replace that kind of conditioning. Arnold had Willis kickin his butt daily, not to mention he can start the match by saying :You gonna kick my ass? What you talkin bout Webster?"
Webster was a wuss. Arnold could kick his butt any day of the week.
Webster had it ruff in real life. I go with webster. Plus I can see him headbutting. Headbutting is the way to go.

I have to go with Webster on this on. Arnold was mean but without Willis around to back him up he’d fold like a cheap suit. Webster also had a former football player for a dad so naturally he could be made tougher. Phillip Drummond was rich but looked like a wuss.

I didn’t care for the show, Webster, but I was a huge Diff’rent Strokes fan but I don’t want my bias for the show to cloud my judgement on this one. With that said, I still have to give the nod to Arnold.
Arnold had the nice penthouse pad on Park Avenue. What more can a kid ask for?? Phillip, though a little boring, was loaded and could afford to pretty much buy Arnold anything he wanted. I mean, how can you not go with a kid who goes from poverty in Harlem to Park Avenue luxury??
Arnold also had a really cool older brother who would stick up for him at any cost. And let’s not forget Kimberly. Gotta go with Arnold, for getting to share a home with a hottie like Kimberly, who could also bring over hot friends.
And Arnold also had one of the best housekeepers of all time in Mrs. Garrett (not a big fan of when she was replaced with Adelaide/Pearl). Food anytime you wanted it and never having to do any chores around the house. And don’t discount the connection to the all-girl private school which later followed, as Mrs. Garrett left the Drummond’s to be their housemother (Facts of Life spinoff). Tootie made an appearance or two on Diff’rent Strokes so yet another nod for Arnold.
Yeah, Webster’s adoptive father played football which could provide some nice perks, but let’s face it, that was pretty much it. In my opinion, this one is a no-brainer. Arnold in a landslide.

I think Arnold kicks his ass. I has a huge size advantage. Arnold was bought up hard, with his brother doing time and his sister already dead… Only street smarts and a scrappy never say die even if I have to work as a security guard attitude have kept Arnold of skid row…
Webster v Punky Brewster as someone else suggested is a much fairer fight. They are both girls.

This is if they fight right? In that case Arnold would of gotten soft.Most of these are just a "who trumps who?" scenario and not an actual fight unless noted as such. Some matchups may be based on "who's the hottest?"..."who's the coolest?"..."who had the better gig?", etc. It's only an actual fight if it's like "Drago vs Clubber Lang" or "Van Damm vs Steven Segall." Though, you can judge Arnold vs Webster as a fight as well. In that context, Arnold still in a landslide.
Just use your imagination and you can come up with various ways to pit each contestant against one another.
This is no contest…Arnold hands down…he would have webster hiding in that “dumb waiter” thing he always crawled into.
I don’t think Webster ever really had to fend for himself because his Dad was pretty big. Kids probably left him alone and Webster got all cuddly and soft.
