I was kind of leary of the early commitment, but it sounds like he really wants to play for us.

I hope we hang on to this guy. It sounds like he has a pretty good head on his shoulders, so I think he will make the right decision.

Great job Jason. Does he have any influence on Cunningham (another DC kid)? They could play together in 2007.

So, when does this story become legitimate enough for the Observer to print something?

Since he’s not local, you won’t see any mention of this until he inks an LOI.

Actually, he's ranked high enough to get the verbal in the Observer. Maybe Mike P. can update us.

I was thinking along those same lines Lefty. Even if it’s not Cunningham, getting one big name could open the door for 1-2 more that same year who want to play with Beasley. Let’s hope we can land them before MB makes his decision to go pro or not.
