clt says this is a pretty big deal. Couple thousand extra dollars raised from our hardcore fans for novelty.

The $3829 is some of the best money ever raised. It was grassroots, and involved getting 62 Niners to pull in the same direction. It was fun (except for my comments), and is building a relationship between Niner Nation and JJH–you single guys may not get the importance of that. It got us a positive article in the newspaper.
How about next year we all grow beards for homecoming?
