I do not view Biff’s comments being an indictment on our AD but rather the political cliimate the University of North Carolina at Charlotte is up against and the university’s lack of desire to overcome it.
Who is a better judge of talent?
Michigan with all their success or Charlotte with all of our failures.
If a storied program like Michigan needs help in that area, I think Charlotte could really use the help.

I believe Mike Hill could be exceptional if the leaders above him push for specific objectives. These objectives should be publicized and aligned with the desires of alumni, students, and the greater fan base so there is transparency. How is the university measuring his success? What does the fan base desire? What is in the best interest of Charlotte, not the UNC system?
What should the specific objectives be?
