Mox and Gard-Webb

Supposedly he’s a finalist there.

Can we make a rule that you have to provide at least a link with stuff like this? Maybe it’s correct, but I’d like to read it.

I disagree. Kummer and Cheeks can get guys

I am not so sure - our recruiting nose dived when Mox left and it picked up when he came back. Not a coincidence IMO.

I disagree. Kummer and Cheeks can get guys[/quote]I’ll believe it when I see them sign some talented guys. They’ve had plenty of time to do so up until now.

I figured this had to come out sooner or later.

Maybe Lutz can be one of his assistants?

link?

I don’t that’s fair.

They’ve been here awhile. What recruits have they got? Unfortunately statistics for this on the web are scarce, at best.

If we can’t recover when an assistant leaves to take another job then we have even bigger problems.

True switch, but Mox is known as one of the best recruiters (among assistants) in the nation. If Lutz is still here next year, we DEFINITELY need Mox to be here as well.

I agree with 99% of yor posts but this one is way off IMO.

Gotta question for you. South Carolina supposedly wanted Mox last year and he would of made 2x what he gets here. Why didn’t he go? Does he just “love” it here that much?

Mox has interviewed for other HC positions, and I have heard Bobby say that he is ready to make the step up. I would hate for him to leave but you have to want it for him–this is his career.

Dont know how good of an asst coach he is in other respects, but Mox can recruit. I dont get why people say he cant. He’s responsible for most of our ‘good’ players on this team.

That being said, no offense to Mox, but our former assistants under Lutz havent exactly blown it up in the head coaching ranks. Early, Nickleberry, Moss, etc. Lets just say Bobby’s coaching tree doesn’t have many branches and I dont know why someone (even GW) would take a shot again.

Good luck to him. But, if he leaves, we might become the Wabash 49ers again, so maybe he can take Bobby with him as his assistant?

Hopefully this will help…

Wow, Fordham’s ex-coach Derrek Whittenburg is on the list. Now that guy could recruit…

maybe Moxley has a twin who is employed at Maryland given the fact they list him as an assitant there!
