Also, looks like they tacked a “UNC” onto Athletics’ logo – pretty sure that’s not legit.

That used to be our official athletics logo, but only for a very short time. It got nixed almost immediately. Somehow or another we keep seeing gear with that logo in it though… not sure how that’s possible, or even legal. I mean if it’s “officially licenced” doesnt it have to be the ACTUAL logo. Our “brand” is a mess… ???

IIRC that logo was approved “by accident” and now it won’t go away. Whether or not our licensing department is actually putting forth the effort to get rid of it is unknown.
