obviously this has happened to me countless times or I have seen someone or heard someone mistake us for UNC. The worst was when…

Two Christmas ago my own Grandma bought me a UNC Tar Heels sweater as a gift. After laughing about it with my family and wondering if she thought I went there or thought I was a fan we went about our Christmas activities. Later that night she calls of course to wish a Merry Christmas and I thank her for her gift. She then asks me “Ohh yea, the sweater of your schools I figured I would get you something to wear around school or to games or whatever.”

Haha actually your spelling is fine, it's just the word, and in this case the word you used actually sounds kinda bad. Queue is for lining up and I want football to be at the front of the damn line!:clap: But don't feel bad, now you will know for the future.:smile:

I don’t know how long this will stay up there, but I went through a series of thoughts that went something like this:

  2. Then I realize that it’s the Observer that has placed this article under the Charlotte 49ers section of charlotte.com. :lol: :lmao: :lmao:

  3. What now? Confusion sets in: Do I post this in the “name confusion log” or under the thread for “another Observer blunder”:huh:

It will probably get corrected quickly, but I thought too many people here would get a kick out of it.:wacko:

Last night on Larry King Live, Dr. James Tabor was on to discuss the “discovery” of Jesus’ tomb. He was introduced as a professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, but the line below him when he spoke identified him as a professor at U.N. Carolina. Huh?
