Nope, I believe you have to have 20 or more to be “research extensive” instead of “research intensive” like we are now. That Carnegie classification system is supposed to be changing in the near future…

Seriously, UNC Greensboro is making a concerted effort to challenge us for the next level. And, they’re doing quite a good job. It doesn’t take them like five years to get a PhD program added…
