Yep. Just let the coin toss winner choose offense or defense to start the game and the offense would just begin their series at their own 25. The coin toss loser would be on O or D to start the second half, as appropriate. You know it will eventually come to that.
Going further, eliminate punts/returns. Require teams to go for it on 4th down. Scoring would skyrocket.
