There are no injury redshirts, so this means at least they can’t sit out knowing they’ll preserve a year (Gomez did this)
Gomez only has two years of eligibility, so no advantage to sitting out. It seems that you are insinuating that he wasn’t injured and that Fearne was a party to a ruse.
He wasn’t hurt, at least not the whole year. People will try and sit out to get a medical redshirt. This new rule gets rid of it. That’s all my point is.
