Pushback from West Coast commish:.
More and more evidence that the breakaway is coming soon.
They will suck the carcass dry until it makes financial sense for them to break away.
My take. Break away asap. Go and begone.
Couldn’t decide where to put this so went here.

If that passes, it’s over for the rest of us. Right now we still have a meaningful seat at the table. After that, it’ll only be for show. We won’t have enough votes to stop them from doing anything.
This is a bootlicking move by the NCAA that is anathema to what the NCAA is supposed to stand for.
I suppose it’s the best way to protect their cushy jobs.
We need a viable break away plan for the rest of the NCAA stat.
Well, the power conferences have been up front about all of this for years now so no surprise.
Would just like to see them leave on their own and let the remaining 1,000+ NCAA schools continue to govern intercollegiate athletics. Of course, there would be a big fight over the association’s money.
Posting these here as latest proposals coming out of Congress would cover a myriad of issues, including NIL, eligibility, etc.

Well, no surprise that once again things are pretty much at a stalemate in DC.
